Awarded Presentations
We are very pleased to announce that the following presentations/posters by young scientists were awarded by the Organizing Committee (and the Conference participants).
The Best Short Presentation Award was given to Natalia Charczuk from the Division of Biomedical Physicochemistry, Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research, PAS, Wrocław, Poland for her talk titled “The influence of excitation wavelength on the emission of europium(III) ions in phosphate silicate hydroxyapatite”.
The Best Poster Presentation Award was given to Beata Barszcz from the Division of Optical Spectroscopy Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research, PAS, Wrocław, Poland for her poster titled “Biocompatible boron-based COF-1 towards antibacterial applications”.
The Best Poster Presentation Award granted by the audience was given to Paulina Pietrzyk-Thel from the Department of Theory of Continuous Media and Nanostructures of Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, PAS, Warsaw, Poland for her poster titled “Superparamagnetic nanoparticles for the local drug release and magnetic hyperthermia”.
Special mention for Klaudia Marcinkowska form Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences for the poster entitled “The expression profile of differentiation antagonizing non-protein coding RNA (lncDANCR) in human bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMSCS) – analysis during osteogenesis influenced by silicate phosphate hydroxyapatites co-doped with Li+, Eu3+, and Gd3+ ions".
